UnicornVPS provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services including compute resources, storage, network connectivity, and technical support.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You must not use our services for any illegal activities, spamming, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining without approval, or hosting content that violates applicable laws.
Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.
We target 99.9% uptime for all VPS instances. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Credits may be issued for downtime exceeding the SLA.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for data loss. We recommend regular backups.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
